Integration anatomy
Every integration card in Scrollmark has the same three states:

| Not connected | Connect button, short description | Click Connect, complete the OAuth or API-key flow in a new tab |
| Connected | Green check, account name, Manage link | Click Manage to edit sync settings, refresh tokens, or disconnect |
| Errored | Red banner: Unable to fetch accounts! | Click the refresh icon; if that fails, disconnect and reconnect |
Disconnecting drops data
Disconnecting an integration (or a social account) removes the link and can drop historical event data tied to it. Only disconnect if you're sure — and prefer re-authing over disconnecting whenever you can.
Don't see what you need?
Webhooks can cover anything with an HTTP endpoint. If you've hit a real dead end, talk to your account manager — the integrations list grows when customers ask twice.
