Audience
Filter, tag, and dig into every follower who's touched your account.
Your audience isn't a number in a dashboard. It's thousands of individual people — each with their own history of comments, DMs, mentions, and stories. The Audience section is where you stop treating them as a blob and start working with them like a CRM.
From the Audience tab in the sidebar you land on a paginated list of every user Scrollmark has ever seen engage with your account. From there you can filter, tag, sort, export, and click into any single person to see their full profile.
What you can do here
Filters & segments
Slice your audience by tags, loyalty points, follower count, engagement, and more.
Follower profiles
Every conversation, tag, contact detail, and UGC post for a single person — one page.
The 30-second tour
Open Audience from the sidebar
Click Audience in the left sidebar. You'll see a table of every follower who has interacted with your connected account, 50 rows per page.
Hit Filter to narrow it down
The Filter button opens a modal with every dimension Scrollmark tracks — tags, loyalty points, follower count, last interaction time, opt-in status, and more. Toggle on what you care about and hit Save.
Click a row to open the profile
Any row opens the follower's full profile — contact info, activity history, tags, custom fields, and a UGC tab showing every post they've made that mentions you.
Export or run a giveaway
Once you've filtered down, hit Export All to download a CSV, or use the giveaway modal to pick a random winner from the filtered set.
One account at a time
The audience list always reflects the account selected in the top account bar. If you manage multiple brands, switch accounts up top — the filters and table will refresh.
How the pieces fit together
- Segments are how you slice your audience. They're the saved combination of filters you apply on the audience page.
- Lists are what you do with a segment once you've built it — export, tag, or run a giveaway on the people who match.
- Profiles are where you investigate a single person in depth — their conversations, tags, contact info, and UGC.
- Tags are the glue. You create them once in Audience → Manage Tags, then use them as a filter dimension, a field on a profile, or a trigger inside journeys.
Coming soon: saved segments
Right now filters reset when you leave the page. A dedicated Segmentation section is on the roadmap — it'll let you name and reuse filter combinations across journeys and exports. For now, bookmark the URL: Scrollmark preserves filters in the query string.
