Tour the Home dashboard

A guided walk through the Home view — Activity Overview, Action Inbox, Sentiment, Journeys, and the SocialGPT prompt.

Home is where you'll start every morning. It's deliberately crowded — a dozen widgets that each answer one question your boss might ask you before you've finished your coffee. This page is the decoder ring.

Take the in-app tour

Home has a built-in walkthrough driven by driver.js. Click Take a tour next to the greeting at the top of the page — it'll walk you through every widget in order.

The greeting

The top bar says Hello, {first name} and the day of the week. Nothing operational here — it's just a friendly landmark so you know you're on Home and not some deeper route.

Next to the greeting is the SocialGPT prompt bar. Type any question about your social performance ("how did the Tuesday reel do vs last week?") and SocialGPT answers with live data. See the SocialGPT docs for what it can and can't do.

The Home layout

Home is a two-column grid. The left column is wide and holds the big widgets you'll actually act on. The right column is narrower and holds at-a-glance signals.

Left column — the widgets you'll use

Activity Overview

Views, likes, comments, shares, and saves from the last 24 hours across every connected account, with percentage change versus the previous 24 hours. If a number jumps by a surprising amount, this is where you'll notice first.

Quick Access

A row of chips linking back to the sections you've used most recently. Scrollmark populates this automatically based on your browsing history — you don't configure it.

Action Inbox

Messages awaiting your approval, embedded directly on Home. If you're running AI-drafted replies or have journeys that pause for human review, this is where they queue. Hit Go To Unified Inbox in the top-right of the widget to jump to the full inbox.

Post Performance

Your recent posts ranked by engagement. Click any post to drill into its full analytics without leaving Home.

Right column — the at-a-glance signals

Reauthorization Alert

If any connected social account's token has expired, a red banner appears here with a Reauthorize button. Don't ignore it — journeys tied to that account silently stop running until it's fixed.

Sentiment Check

A real-time read on how your audience is feeling, based on comment analysis from the last 24 hours. Good for catching a shift before it becomes a crisis.

Upcoming Posts

A mini calendar widget showing your scheduled content for the next few days. Click any date to jump to that day in the full Calendar.

Journeys

Your active automation journeys. You can see which are published, which are drafts, and click into any one directly.

What the sidebar looks like

While Home is where you land, the left sidebar is how you get everywhere else. Here are the top-level items you'll see most often:

Sidebar itemWhat lives there
HomeThis dashboard
SocialGPTFull-screen chat with your analytics agent
AccountsSocial account connectors
CalendarContent planning and scheduling
AutomationJourneys (and Campaigns / Social Loyalty if enabled)
AudienceSegments and audience-level tools
InboxUnified Inbox for comments and DMs

AnalyticsSocial analytics, Generate Reports, Social Listening

Some items are permission-gated

Analytics only shows up if your role includes the view_analytics permission. Social Loyalty and a few others are feature-flagged per tenant. If you're missing something a teammate has, check with whoever manages your organization settings.

Top bar extras

The top-right of every page has four small icons:

  • Command search (magnifying glass) — jump to any page or record by name
  • SocialGPT (the star) — pops open the SocialGPT side panel anywhere in the app
  • Notifications (bell) — account-level alerts
  • Settings (gear) — organization, billing, people, integrations

What's next

Now that you know where things live, go build your first journey.
