From a brand-new Scrollmark login to a live welcome journey, in four short stops.
Welcome to Scrollmark. This section gets a new account from zero to a running automation in about five minutes of real work. You don't need to read the whole docs site first — just the four pages below, in order.
What you'll need
- A Scrollmark account — sign up at app.scrollmark.com
- Admin access to at least one Instagram Business, Facebook Page, or TikTok account
- About 5 minutes of focused time, and a coffee if you're fancy
The four stops
Connect your socials
Hook up Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok so Scrollmark can read comments, DMs, and mentions.
Tour the Home dashboard
Get oriented with the Activity Overview, Action Inbox, Sentiment Check, and the SocialGPT prompt bar.
Launch your first journey
Build a simple DM-keyword journey from a template. Test it, then flip it live.
Invite your team
Add teammates from Organization Settings and pick the right role for each.
What you'll have at the end
At least one connected account
Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok — ideally all three if you run them. Scrollmark starts ingesting comments and DMs within seconds of connecting.
A familiar Home view
You'll know where to check activity, sentiment, and messages that need approval without clicking around.
One live journey
A single automation that reacts to a real trigger — a DM keyword, a comment on a post, or a story reply — without you touching your phone.
Your team in the building
At least one teammate invited with the right role, so you're not the single point of failure.
Do them in order
The journey step assumes at least one account is connected. The dashboard tour makes more sense once there's real data flowing. Do them top to bottom.
A note on roles and permissions
If you're the first person at your organization to log in, you're almost certainly an Admin — you can do every step below without asking anyone for permission. If you joined an existing Scrollmark org, your teammate may have given you a narrower role like Author or Analyst, and some steps might be greyed out.
Every page in this section calls out where roles matter. If a button looks disabled, check with whoever manages your organization settings.
Lost the thread?
Every Get Started page ends with a "What's next" section that links to the next stop. If you're ever stuck, hit the ? icon in the top-right of the portal, or email support@scrollmark.com — a real person replies, usually within the hour.
Outside the Get Started flow
Once you're past these four stops, the rest of the docs site is organized by sidebar section: Inbox, Automations, Content, Audience, Analytics, and so on. Each section mirrors a top-level item in the portal sidebar so you can jump between docs and app without losing your place.
